1. With AI around, why do we still need Toastmasters?

Today, AI tools like ChatGPT and Speak allow us to practice English anytime. We can improve our grammar, prepare speeches, and even simulate conversations.

But talking to AI is still very different from speaking in front of real people.

AI can help you practice your content, but when you actually step onto the stage, you still need to deal with:

• 😰 Nervousness, stage fright, and pressure
• 👀 Making natural eye contact with different people
• 🗣️ Using your tone, volume, pauses, and pace to express emotions
• 🙂 Using facial expressions and body language to make your message more engaging
• 👥 Reading the audience and adjusting the way you communicate
• 💬 Organizing your thoughts and responding to questions you haven't prepared for
• 🤝 Receiving feedback and observations from different people

You might be able to speak English fluently with AI.

But when 20 pairs of eyes are looking at you, can you still communicate your ideas clearly and confidently?
